Hailey, born and raised in SLO County, returned to our area in 2022. Her background is in education, arts and event organizing. Hailey loves experiencing the natural world through hiking, camping, bird watching and paddleboarding. She believes the work we’re doing in our SLO County CCE chapter plays an important role in preserving the beauty she feels privileged to experience everyday.
Hailey is also passionate about climate justice and supporting communities and environments already impacted by climate change. In our chapter, Hailey plays many crucial roles including serving on the Social Events, Tabling, Tree Planting, Electrification and Social Media Teams, creating our chapter’s monthly newsletters and maintaining our library.
